To date, we have held 55 events, including artist talks, poetry readings, rock and blues concerts and more. Please join us in promoting the artistic talent and beautiful humanity of individuals challenged by the criminal legal system and mental wellbeing.

Portrait Painting Demonstration 
Saturday, November 22nd
2:00 pm (Doors open at 1:00 pm)


with Acclaimed Teaching Artist Chuck Prudhomme of Redding

A rare opportunity to watch and learn from a masterful teacher. Prudhomme will begin & complete an oil painting portrait right before our eyes. Chuck will also share parts of his fascinating life as a Vietnam helicopter pilot and growing up in Africa.

One audience member will pose and take home their own Prudhomme painted portrait!

Wine & appetizers will be served.


Limited seating. $15 tickets.

Richard MacDonald: Artist Interview
with a Twist 

Saturday, December 6th, 2:00 pm


Nature Photographer Rich MacDonald will share two distinct topics:
(1) His decades-long artistic journey with a camera
(2) Stories his Dad, Dr. Dick MacDonald shared of his days practicing medicine at Soledad Prison.
 
This is sure to be an interesting afternoon.
